New Delhi, May 17: Ambati Rayudu believes that Sunil Narine is the greatest player in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Narine played a crucial role in leading Kolkata Knight Riders to victory against Gujarat Titans, showcasing his bowling skills.
In a high-scoring match held at Eden Gardens on Saturday, Narine took 2 wickets for just 29 runs in his 4-over spell, earning him the title of ‘Player of the Match.’ Speaking to ESPN Cricinfo, Rayudu emphasized Narine’s consistency and his ability to impact matches with both bat and ball, which he believes makes him the greatest player in the tournament’s history.
Rayudu stated, “In my opinion, Sunil Narine is the best IPL player ever. He is a match-winner with both bat and ball. While many great players have graced the IPL, Narine always stands out. He is at the top of my list.”
