
New Delhi, March 29: The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has officially established the Political Affairs Committee for the Himachal Pradesh Congress. The party president has approved this proposal with immediate effect.
According to a press release issued by AICC General Secretary K.C. Venugopal, the Political Affairs Committee for Himachal Pradesh comprises a total of 26 members. This includes prominent leaders such as Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, former Union Minister Anand Sharma, Pratibha Singh, Anurag Sharma, and others.
The committee members include Vinay Kumar, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, Mukesh Agnihotri, Anand Sharma, Pratibha Singh, Anurag Sharma, Kaul Singh Thakur, Kuldeep Singh Rathore, Kuldeep Kumar, Asha Kumari, Chandra Kumar Chaudhary, Colonel Dhani Ram Shandil, Harshvardhan Chauhan, Jagat Singh Negi, Rohit Thakur, Anirudh Singh, Vikramaditya Singh, Rajesh Dharmani, Yadavinder Goma, Ram Lal Thakur, Nand Lal, R.S. Bali, Bhavani Singh Pathania, Kehar Singh Khachi, and Surendra Sharma.
Additionally, the AICC in charge of Himachal Pradesh and the AICC Secretary (related to Himachal Pradesh) will also be ex-officio members.
The Congress president has also approved the appointments of heads, co-heads, and coordinators for the social media departments across various states. Shalini Singh has been appointed as the head for Uttar Pradesh, Gurjot Singh Dhinza for Punjab, Vishwajit Mohanty for Odisha, Monika Doomra for Haryana, and Puneet Yadav as co-head. The coordinators include Vikrant, Vishal, Rahul Vashisht, and Khushdeep Kaur.
Hrishikesh S. Patil has been named as the president for Maharashtra. The coordinators also include Abdul Qadir Shabbirhammed Aouti, Akshaykumar Kamalakar Murale, Amit Chandrakant Kamble, Gyaneshwar Shankar Chavan, Jivika S. Uthda, Pankaj Shobha Dalvi, Shlokanand Sadanand Dange, Sumit Arun Lonare, and Vijayanand Anandarav Pol.
