
Ahmedabad: Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL), the flagship company of the Adani Group, reported a remarkable performance in the third quarter (October-December) of the financial year 2026. The company’s net profit soared nearly 90 times compared to the previous year, reaching ₹5,627 crore.
According to the exchange filing, AEL’s consolidated EBITDA for the first nine months of FY 2025-26 stood at ₹11,985 crore, while total revenue during this period was ₹69,756 crore.
Within less than five years of acquisition, AEL commenced operations at the Navi Mumbai Greenfield Airport during this quarter, strengthening its track record of continuous operations and rapid project completions.
The company successfully completed two HAM road projects and inaugurated the new integrated terminal building at Guwahati Airport, all delivered on schedule.
Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani stated that strong strategy and efficient execution contributed to the company’s impressive performance in the first nine months of FY 2026. He highlighted this as a testament to the strength of its diversified infrastructure projects and business model.
He described the operational launch of the Navi Mumbai International Airport as a historic milestone, demonstrating the company’s commitment to delivering major projects swiftly and effectively.
Gautam Adani further noted ongoing progress in airports, renewable energy, data centres, and transport infrastructure sectors. The capital raised through rights issue and non-convertible debentures (NCDs) has positioned the company for accelerated growth.
The company successfully completed a ₹24,930 crore rights issue, which received 30 percent oversubscription from the market. Additionally, in January 2026, AEL issued NCDs worth ₹1,000 crore.
Adani New Industries maintained quarterly sales of over 1 gigawatt of green hydrogen ecosystem modules. Solar module sales in India rose by 40 percent this quarter, reaching 997 megawatts.
Adani Solar has become the only Indian company to be listed among the world’s top 10 solar manufacturing firms.
AEL’s water business received a Letter of Intent for the Sweet River Project. Meanwhile, ACX Data Centre launched 14.4 megawatts of capacity, increasing its total operational capacity to over 50 megawatts.
Gautam Adani emphasized that as India moves towards becoming a $5 trillion economy, Adani Enterprises will continue developing companies that contribute to economic growth, environmental protection, technology, and the nation’s long-term interests.
