Uttar Pradeshs Transformation Driven by Speed, Scale, and Connectivity: CM Yogi
CM Yogi Adityanath highlights Uttar Pradeshs growth in connectivity since 2017, emphasizing its impact on prosperity and development.

Lucknow, October 29 (Daily Kiran) : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath recently took to the social media platform ‘X’ to inform residents about the significant improvements in road, rail, metro, and air connectivity since 2017. He stated that the principles of speed, scale, and connectivity have transformed the state.
In his message, CM Yogi noted that enhanced transportation options do more than just reduce distances; they bring convenience, save time, and create new opportunities for prosperity. Before 2017, the state’s infrastructure was in dire condition.
Under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the double-engine government has successfully changed this scenario. Previously, Uttar Pradesh, the most populous state in the country, had only one and a half expressways. Today, there are ten operational expressways. Air travel was limited to a few cities, but now the state boasts 12 domestic and five international airports, enhancing travel options significantly. Additionally, while there were no metro services in any city before, seven cities now benefit from metro systems that are revitalizing urban life.
CM Yogi pointed out that these developments have opened up larger markets for farmers and created new opportunities for entrepreneurship. Access to education and employment for youth has improved, and working individuals are saving valuable time. The expansion of tourism is also providing a boost to local families’ livelihoods. This momentum in development is transforming lives from villages to towns and cities. It represents a new identity for ‘New India’ and ‘New Uttar Pradesh,’ characterized by increasing opportunities, enhanced capabilities for enterprises, and growing prosperity for families.
