Lucknow, September 17 (Daily Kiran) : Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 76th birthday marked the launch of the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan‘ in Uttar Pradesh, initiated by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). This month-long campaign commenced on September 17 and will run until October 17. On Thursday, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak distributed baskets of fruit to patients at the Civil Hospital in Lucknow.
Pathak shared that the BJP has decided to organize service activities across the state in honor of Modi’s birthday. The campaign includes fruit distribution in hospitals and blood donation camps at various locations.
The fruit distribution program began at the Civil Hospital in Lucknow, with similar initiatives planned for other hospitals throughout the state. Pathak emphasized that these blood donation camps aim to engage the public in service activities, making the campaign a focal point for the BJP’s outreach efforts.
Moreover, the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan‘ coincides with the completion of 25 years of Modi’s public life. According to the BJP’s announced agenda, the campaign will feature blood donation drives, cleanliness initiatives, outreach programs, and events focused on youth and students.
In a related context, ahead of the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, Pathak commented on the Samajwadi Party’s plan to create separate manifestos for all 75 districts. He criticized the party, alleging that their manifesto is dictated by “goons and mafia,” asserting that “one district, one mafia” is the party’s objective.
The Samajwadi Party aims to address local issues and development priorities in these manifestos as part of their strategy for the upcoming elections.
