Trump Meets Republican Lawmakers: Praises Iran Campaign and Urges Support for Save America Act

Washington, March 10: Former President Donald Trump held a meeting with Republican Party leaders in Florida. During this gathering, he discussed the ongoing campaign against Iran and the upcoming elections. He praised the military actions taken against Iran and urged lawmakers to fully support his new legislation, the “Save America Act.”

At the Republican Members Issues Conference held in Doral, Florida, Trump stated that the Republicans in the House of Representatives are part of “one of the most significant Republican majorities in history.” He claimed that the legislative agenda of his party would not only impact America’s national security but also shape the direction of the 2026 midterm elections.

A significant portion of Trump’s speech focused on recent U.S. military actions against Iran. He described the operation as complex and impactful, asserting that the world is witnessing the importance of America’s military strength. Trump referred to this campaign as “Operation Epic Fury.”

He claimed that this operation has severely crippled Iran’s drone and missile capabilities. The Iranian Navy has reportedly suffered heavy losses and is now at the bottom of the sea.

Trump made it clear that the U.S. will not back down until the enemy is completely and decisively defeated.

In his address, Trump also linked this military operation to the success of Republican policies. He stated, “The United States is the greatest and most extraordinary country in human history, and it will no longer tolerate threats from any terrorist or hostile elements.”

Trump mentioned that meeting with the families of fallen American soldiers at Dover Air Force Base strengthened his resolve. According to him, those families urged him, “Sir, make sure you win.”

However, his speech was not limited to foreign policy. Trump openly discussed domestic politics as well. He urged Republican lawmakers to prioritize the “Save America Act” as their top legislative agenda. This bill should include provisions for mandatory voter ID, proof of citizenship, and strict restrictions on mail-in ballots.

He described this as his “most significant appeal today,” insisting that Republicans should not compromise on a weak or diluted version but should push for the law with full force. If this law is not passed, he stated he would not sign any other bills.

Trump claimed that if this law is enacted, victory for the Republican Party in the midterm elections would be nearly guaranteed. In his speech, he also defended his economic policies, asserting that inflation is decreasing, incomes are rising, and the stock market is reaching new heights.

Additionally, he highlighted the need for action on issues like drug prices, housing, and crime. Trump accused Democratic leaders of supporting illegal immigrants, insurance companies, and political interests over the needs of ordinary American citizens.

He mocked Democratic leaders, emphasizing that the Republican Party must remain united with a strong and clear agenda.
