Betia, March 3: Tensions in the Middle East have escalated following the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei. In response, senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi has accused the central government of shirking its responsibilities. BJP MP Sanjay Jaiswal reacted to these claims during an interview with a news agency.
Jaiswal stated, “The death of anyone is truly tragic. The Indian government is consistently working towards restoring peace in the Gulf region. It is essential for all parties to exercise restraint. This is the advice of the Indian government.”
Political rhetoric has intensified regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list in West Bengal, governed by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress (TMC). Banerjee has alleged that 12 million voters have been removed from the list. Jaiswal commented, “The situation in Bengal is quite intriguing. The voters are not facing any issues, but CM Mamata Banerjee is worried. This is because she is attempting to win elections with fake voters and Bangladeshi infiltrators, but her plans have been thwarted due to the SIR.”
He further questioned, “Should the names of deceased individuals be included in the SIR? Should the dead come to vote for CM Mamata Banerjee? Or should the names of infiltrators remain? It is perplexing why these voters are not coming forward, and only CM Mamata Banerjee is making noise.”
Regarding the Congress party’s shirtless protest at the AI Summit held in Delhi, he remarked, “In India, everyone has the right to peaceful protest, but Rahul Gandhi acts as an agent for foreign interests, particularly George Soros. What do you hope to achieve with a shirtless protest when the world is investing in India’s technology?”
