
Skoda Auto India has launched ‘Skoda Super Care’, a comprehensive service and ownership programme available across its entire range of vehicles in India. This new initiative combines warranty, roadside assistance, and scheduled service benefits into a single package aimed at simplifying ownership and offering better cost predictability for customers.
Under the Skoda Super Care programme, every Skoda vehicle sold in India will come with a standard four-year warranty, four years of roadside assistance, and four labour-free services. This move is designed to ensure transparency in service costs and maintain consistent service standards across all models.
The four labour-free services include Periodic Maintenance Services at 15,000 km and 30,000 km, along with two Skoda Check-in services newly introduced at 1,000 km and 7,500 km. These early check-ins are intended to establish a structured service relationship soon after vehicle delivery, enhancing the overall ownership experience.
Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Skoda Auto India, highlighted that the programme marks a significant shift in customer engagement beyond the showroom. He said, “Ownership is about confidence, clarity and value every time a customer drives their car, visits a service centre or needs support.” Gupta added that Skoda Super Care offers customers a seamless experience with best-in-class warranty coverage, roadside assistance, and early service connections, ensuring affordable and predictable maintenance costs along with strong support throughout the ownership journey.
In addition to the coverage benefits, Skoda Super Care introduces improvements in service operations such as easy service booking, itemised billing, faster turnaround times, and real-time updates on service status. Customers can access support through authorised Skoda service centres, digital platforms, and the company’s call centre.
The programme also guarantees the use of genuine parts and skilled technicians, with enhanced communication at every stage of the service process. Skoda Auto India emphasises that this initiative reflects their commitment to providing a reliable, transparent, and stress-free ownership experience while building long-term customer trust in the Indian market.
