Silver Shines in Bullion Market, No Change in Gold Prices

New Delhi, 18 August (Kiran News): The domestic bullion market saw silver prices rise today, while gold prices remained unchanged. Silver recorded a gain of Rs 800 per kilogram. Due to stable prices, 24-carat gold traded between Rs 1,01,180 and Rs 1,01,330 per 10 grams in most markets across the country. Similarly, 22-carat gold was sold between Rs 92,750 and Rs 92,900 per 10 grams. In contrast, silver’s price surge made the precious metal trade at Rs 1,17,000 per kilogram in Delhi’s bullion market today.

In Delhi, 24-carat gold traded at Rs 1,01,330 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs 92,900 per 10 grams. In Mumbai, 24-carat gold was sold at Rs 1,01,180 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold at Rs 92,750 per 10 grams. Similarly, in Ahmedabad, the retail price of 24-carat gold was Rs 1,01,230 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold was Rs 92,800 per 10 grams. Apart from these key cities, 24-carat gold in Chennai stood at Rs 1,01,180 per 10 grams, with 22-carat gold at Rs 92,750 per 10 grams. In Kolkata too, 24-carat gold was sold at Rs 1,01,180 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold at Rs 92,750 per 10 grams.

In Lucknow’s bullion market, 24-carat gold traded at Rs 1,01,330 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold at Rs 92,900 per 10 grams. In Patna, the price of 24-carat gold stood at Rs 1,01,230 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was sold at Rs 92,800 per 10 grams. In Jaipur, 24-carat gold was sold at Rs 1,01,330 per 10 grams, with 22-carat gold at Rs 92,900 per 10 grams.

Just like in other states, there was no change in gold prices today in Karnataka, Telangana, and Odisha. In the capitals—Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar—24-carat gold remained at Rs 1,01,180 per 10 grams. In these cities’ bullion markets, 22-carat gold was steady at Rs 92,750 per 10 grams.
