Shatrughan Sinha Comments on Nitish Kumars Rajya Sabha Nomination

Mumbai, March 8: Bihar’s political landscape is undergoing significant changes. Following Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s nomination for the Rajya Sabha elections, political activity has intensified. In this context, Trinamool Congress MP and actor Shatrughan Sinha shared his thoughts with the media.

Sinha stated, “Nitish Kumar’s nomination for the Rajya Sabha may come as a surprise to many, but it is his and his party’s decision. It wouldn’t be appropriate for me to comment further. I do not wish to become an outsider meddling in someone else’s affairs. I am currently with the Trinamool Congress, and it is more fitting for me to discuss issues related to my party.”

When asked about Nitish Kumar’s son, Nishant Kumar, entering politics and joining the Janata Dal United, Sinha welcomed all newcomers to the political arena. He remarked, “We extend our best wishes to everyone entering politics, regardless of their party affiliation.”

Recently, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar submitted his nomination for the Rajya Sabha elections. This decision has sparked discussions about a significant shift in Bihar’s politics. Having held power in Bihar for nearly two decades, Kumar’s move to the Rajya Sabha is seen as a crucial political step. This has led to growing speculation about who will be the next Chief Minister of Bihar and who will take charge of the state’s governance.
