Sanjay Raut Criticizes Maharashtra Government Following Attack on Tiger Shroff

Sanjay Raut calls for the resignation of Maharashtras government after the shooting incident involving actor Tiger Shroff, citing law and order failures.

Mumbai, October 19 (Daily Kiran) : Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut has launched a scathing attack on the Maharashtra government in response to the recent shooting incident involving Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff. Raut accused Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Home Minister of failing to maintain law and order in the state.

Speaking about the shooting incident, Raut stated, “Devendra Fadnavis is not only the Chief Minister but also the Home Minister. It is his responsibility to ensure law and order is upheld. Central Home Minister Amit Shah must also take action to prevent such attacks. We have witnessed shocking incidents in Mumbai, including attacks on Salman Khan and the murder of Baba Siddiqui, along with the killing of our Shiv Sena worker Pradeep Purnkar in Thane. Just yesterday, shots were fired at Tiger Shroff.”

He described the current situation as “jungle raj,” calling for the government to be dismissed and President’s rule to be imposed. Raut claimed that conditions in Maharashtra have spiraled out of Fadnavis’s control, leading to daily incidents of murder, extortion, and kidnapping. “What is the Chief Minister doing? It is your responsibility,” he added.

Raut further accused the BJP government of supporting mafia gangs, expressing concern that political opponents might be targeted in the future. He asserted that under the governance of Amit Shah and Fadnavis, the fear of law has dissipated.

Additionally, Raut criticized the failure to release a CJP activist despite a court order, urging the Supreme Court to investigate the matter. “What is happening in this country? The Chief Justice of India and the entire Supreme Court should look into this case,” he remarked.

He also expressed dissatisfaction with Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, stating that he is not fulfilling his duties. Raut called for the President and Prime Minister to demand Kumar’s resignation from his constitutional position.
