Maharashtra CM Condemns Attack on Actor Tiger Shroff, Promises Swift Action

Maharashtras CM condemned the attack on Tiger Shroff, confirming police have identified the assailants and will act swiftly.

Nagpur, October 19 (Daily Kiran) : Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has strongly condemned the recent attack on actor Tiger Shroff. In a press conference held on Monday, he revealed that the police have identified the attackers. He emphasized that the Mumbai police are treating the incident with utmost seriousness and have uncovered several leads.

“This is a very serious and condemnable incident,” Fadnavis stated. He assured the public that the police are actively working on the case based on the clues they have gathered. The assailants’ identities have already been established, and their arrest is imminent.

Fadnavis warned that no gang or individual would be spared. He stressed that anyone attempting to intimidate others would face the full force of the Mumbai police. “The police know how to handle such threats,” he added.

The Chief Minister also mentioned that they are tracking the masterminds behind the attack. He noted that those operating within Maharashtra have already been apprehended, while others are believed to be operating from outside the state or even the country.

“We are coordinating with the states from which they are operating. For those masterminds based abroad, we will seek assistance from the central government to locate them,” he said. Fadnavis described the attackers as cowardly individuals who attempt to strike from the shadows, assuring that their plans would be thwarted.

He reiterated that, regardless of where the perpetrators hide, the legal process will be followed, and results will be delivered. The Mumbai police have a track record of successfully tracking down criminals, no matter where they attempt to evade justice. “Every aspect of this incident will be thoroughly analyzed, and necessary measures will be taken. I believe that the Mumbai police are a highly professional force, and they will take all required actions following such an event,” he stated.

In the same address, Fadnavis responded to opposition parties, accusing them of targeting the government. He urged them to reflect on their own records, recalling instances during their tenure when the police were allegedly involved in serious crimes. “Perhaps they have forgotten the murder of Mansukh Hiren and the corruption during transfers and postings in their administration,” he remarked.
