Jaipur, October 16 (Daily Kiran): Demonstrating the success of Rajasthan’s zero-tolerance policy against corruption, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has achieved a remarkable milestone by completing 100 corruption-related operations in a single year based on complaints received through its Helpline (1064) and WhatsApp number (9413502834).

This is the first time the bureau has reached a century of operations in a single year, marking a major achievement in its proactive fight against corruption.

According to ACB officials, the success reflects the outcome of the statewide public awareness campaign encouraging citizens to report corruption directly through the helpline. The continuous efforts of the ACB Helpline Unit and the bureau’s prompt and decisive action on verified complaints have contributed to this significant accomplishment.

The Helpline 1064 was launched on February 20, 2020, to provide citizens with a direct and confidential channel to report cases of bribery and misuse of power. Since then, the bureau has been conducting extensive awareness drives to increase public participation in the anti-corruption movement.

In 2023, the ACB carried out 78 operations based on helpline and WhatsApp complaints. The number rose to 85 in 2024, and in 2025, up to October 15, the bureau has already completed 101 successful operations, setting a new benchmark in its operational performance.

Additional Director General of Police (ACB) Smita Srivastava said that this achievement not only reflects the efficiency and dedication of the ACB team but also highlights the growing public trust and awareness in the fight against corruption. She reaffirmed the bureau’s commitment to continue working with the same determination under the Rajasthan government’s zero-tolerance policy.
