Prime Minister Modi to Address Election Rally in Kerala

New Delhi, April 4: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Kerala on Saturday as part of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) campaign for the upcoming assembly elections, scheduled for April 9.

According to BJP officials, the Prime Minister will kick off his events with a public meeting in Thiruvalla, located in the Pathanamthitta district. He is expected to address a large gathering at the city’s public stadium, where senior party leaders and NDA candidates from neighboring constituencies will be present. This rally is seen as a crucial effort to strengthen voter support in central Kerala.

Around 3 PM, Prime Minister Modi will arrive at NSS College grounds in Changanassery, Kottayam district. From there, he will travel by road to Thiruvalla. Party leaders have indicated that extensive arrangements have been made for the anticipated large crowd at the public meeting.

Later in the day, the Prime Minister will head to Thiruvananthapuram, where he will participate in a roadshow spanning approximately 1.5 kilometers from Killypalam Junction to Karama. This roadshow is expected to see significant participation from party workers, supporters, and the general public.

Senior BJP leaders, including Rajeev Chandrasekhar and V. Muraleedharan, are expected to accompany the Prime Minister throughout various stages of his visit.

Earlier on Friday, PM Modi intensified NDA’s election campaign with a high-profile roadshow in Puducherry, which drew enthusiastic crowds and was met with tight security across the city.

In Puducherry, the NDA coalition, which includes the BJP, the All India N.R. Congress led by Chief Minister N. Rangasamy, AIADMK, and other regional allies, is working to strengthen its position ahead of the elections.

The Prime Minister arrived in Chennai from New Delhi via a special flight. From Chennai Airport, he took a helicopter to Puducherry, highlighting the importance the BJP leadership places on the electoral contest in the union territory.

Upon arrival at Puducherry Airport, the Prime Minister received a warm welcome from Chief Minister Rangasamy, along with senior BJP leaders and party officials.
