As soon as the 21st instalment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was released, the happiness returned to the faces of farmers. Now, all farmers associated with this scheme are eagerly awaiting the next instalment. But did you know that not all farmers will receive this benefit?

The next instalment, i.e., the 22nd, will be blocked for those farmers who have not completed any work. Therefore, it is important to get the necessary work done to receive the 2,000 rupees of the 22nd instalment. This will prevent any problems. Learn in detail below the three reasons why farmers may not receive the instalment benefits.

21st Instalment Released on November 19

Under the PM Kisan Yojana, 6,000 rupees are transferred to beneficiaries annually in three instalments of 2,000 rupees each. Each instalment comes four months apart. The 21st instalment was released on November 19, 2024, and everyone has been eagerly awaiting it ever since.

These instalments were made to over 9 crore farmers. PM Narendra Modi sent the money through DBT. However, farmers who failed to complete e-KYC and other necessary formalities were deprived of the ₹2,000.

First Major Reason

The primary reason for the delay in instalments under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is e-KYC. Farmers can quickly and easily complete e-KYC procedures. This will eliminate any problems and allow them to complete this work online.

Second Important Factor

Many farmers were left out of the 21st instalment. If farmers fail to complete land verification, their instalment payments may be delayed. Like e-KYC, this has been made mandatory under the scheme. You should also complete land verification promptly.

Third Critical Requirement

Farmers who haven’t yet completed Aadhaar linking may also be deprived of the benefits of the 21st instalment. This requires linking your bank account with your Aadhaar card. However, if this process is incomplete, you will be denied the benefits of the instalment. Go to the bank and link your Aadhaar card to your account number. This will ensure continued access to the instalment benefits.
