Mumbai, April 8: Shiv Sena spokesperson Shaina NC has shared her insights on global conditions, stock market trends, and India’s diplomatic role. Responding to Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut’s remarks, she emphasized the need for the opposition to grasp the current situation.
She noted that the stock market saw a rise of 3 to 4 percent on Wednesday morning, which she described as a positive sign.
Shaina NC highlighted that a decrease in crude oil prices directly impacts India’s import bill, as India is the world’s third-largest oil importer. This situation also benefits the trade and shipping sectors.
Commenting on the two-week ceasefire between the US and Iran, Shaina NC praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for maintaining balanced and strong relations with various countries. Whether it’s Israel, Iran, Gulf nations, or the United States, India has consistently strengthened its diplomatic ties.
She commended Modi’s approach, stating that India’s role has always been diplomatic rather than military. In the current scenario, where Israel, Iran, and Gulf countries have deployed navies for shipping security, India welcomes agreements between the US and Qatar, as well as the ceasefire between Iran and Israel.
Shaina NC acknowledged Prime Minister Modi’s continuous efforts to advance this dialogue. However, she criticized US President Donald Trump’s statement praising Pakistan, asserting that such remarks should be condemned on a global scale.
