New Delhi, September 26 (Udaipur Kiran News). OnePlus has officially confirmed that its next flagship, the OnePlus 15, will launch in India. The smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm’s all-new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, joining rivals Realme GT 8 Pro and iQOO 15, which are also set to debut in the country with the same platform.

Launch timeline
Traditionally, OnePlus brings its flagship to India in January after launching it in China a few months earlier. The OnePlus 13, for instance, was unveiled in China in October 2024 and launched globally in January 2025. However, the latest teaser from OnePlus India suggests that the OnePlus 15 could arrive as early as November or December 2025 in the Indian market — earlier than expected.
Key features teased
-
DetailMax image engine: OnePlus says the system will use advanced algorithms to deliver sharper, more natural photographs with enhanced detail and clarity.
-
Gaming optimisation: OxygenOS on the OnePlus 15 has been fine-tuned for high-performance gaming, with adaptive optimisation for consistent frame rates and reduced heat build-up during extended sessions.
While full specifications are yet to be disclosed, OnePlus is positioning the device as a premium flagship focused on photography and gaming performance. More details on the battery, charging speeds, and camera hardware are expected closer to launch.
Interestingly, the company has skipped the “OnePlus 14” moniker and jumped directly from the OnePlus 13 to the OnePlus 15.
