October 31 Panchang: Important Astrological Insights and Travel Recommendations

Discover astrological insights for October 31, including auspicious times and travel advice based on the Panchang.

New Delhi, October 30 (Daily Kiran) : The Panchang holds significant importance in Hinduism, serving as a guide for auspicious activities like travel, investments, and rituals. It is based on the positions of the sun, moon, and other celestial bodies.

On October 31, the sixth day of the waning moon in the month of Kartik will commence at 7:25 PM on Friday and continue until 4:57 PM on Saturday. Following this, the seventh day will begin, lasting until 2:51 PM on November 1. Sunrise on Saturday will occur at 6:35 AM, while sunset will be at 5:45 PM. The moon will rise at 10:46 PM and set the next day at 12:41 PM.

According to the Panchang, the sun will be positioned in the Swati Nakshatra. Astrologically, the sun’s presence in this constellation brings about significant and profound effects. The presiding deity of Swati Nakshatra is Vayu (the wind), and its ruler is Rahu. This alignment fosters a spirit of independence, encouraging individuals to break free from past constraints.

Siddha Yoga will prevail until 5:29 PM on Saturday. This auspicious period is one of the 27 yogas, during which activities and new endeavors are believed to succeed without obstacles. Initiating new projects, rituals, and auspicious tasks during this time is considered highly beneficial.

The Abhijit Muhurat, regarded as the most favorable time of the day, will occur from 11:48 AM to 12:33 PM. This period, lasting approximately 48 minutes, is thought to nullify negative influences when activities are commenced.

An auspicious window known as Amrit Kaal will be open from 3:24 AM to 4:53 AM on Saturday. This period is filled with positive energy and is ideal for starting new ventures, investments, and significant journeys.

However, Rahu Kaal will take place from 9:22 AM to 10:46 AM, a time considered inauspicious for initiating any new or auspicious activities. It is advisable to continue with ongoing tasks during this period.

Yamgand Kaal will be observed from 1:34 PM to 2:57 PM, a time associated with potential health issues and obstacles related to longevity. It is best to avoid starting new projects or traveling during this period.

Gulik Kaal, also referred to as “poisonous time,” will occur from 6:35 AM to 7:59 AM. Engaging in new activities during this time is discouraged, though ongoing tasks can continue. Financial transactions, donations, or investments are viewed positively during this period.

On this day, the sun will be in Libra, which is considered a weak position for the sun, as it contrasts with its fiery nature. This may lead to challenges in decision-making due to diminished self-confidence.

The moon will be in Gemini, enhancing communication skills and the ability to learn new things. However, this can also lead to overthinking and mental stress.

Traveling towards the east is advised against due to the presence of Dishashool, which is deemed inauspicious for journeys on this day.
