November 1 Panchang: Avoid Travel in West and Southwest Directions, Auspicious Yoga Until 2:39 PM
On November 1, avoid travel in west and southwest directions; auspicious yoga lasts until 2:39 PM, according to the Panchang.

New Delhi, October 31 (Daily Kiran) : The Panchang holds significant importance in Hinduism, serving as a guide for auspicious activities, travel, investments, and rituals. It is based on the positions of the sun, moon, and other celestial bodies.
On November 1, the seventh day of the waning moon in the month of Kartik will begin at 4:57 PM on Saturday and last until 2:51 PM on Sunday. Following this, the eighth day will commence, continuing until 1:10 PM on November 2. Sunrise on Sunday will occur at 6:36 AM, while sunset will be at 5:44 PM. The moon will rise at 11:52 AM and set the next day at 12:41 PM.
According to the Panchang, the sun will be positioned in the Swati Nakshatra on this day. Astrologically, the sun’s presence in this Nakshatra is believed to have profound effects, fostering a sense of freedom from past constraints. The deity governing Swati is Vayu, while Rahu is its ruling planet, encouraging individuals to act independently.
Sadhya Yoga will prevail until 2:39 PM on Sunday, after which a favorable yoga will begin. Sadhya Yoga, recognized as the 22nd of the 27 Nitya Yogas, signifies attainability. The goddess associated with this yoga is Mata Savitri (Mata Saraswati), with Mercury as its principal planet. This period is considered highly auspicious for completing even the most challenging tasks.
The Abhijit Muhurat, regarded as the most fruitful time of the day, will be from 11:48 AM to 12:32 PM. Activities undertaken during this period are believed to dispel any negative influences. This moment occurs when the sun is directly overhead.
Amrit Kaal will be observed from 10:23 PM to 11:55 PM on Sunday. This time is filled with positive energy and is deemed highly favorable for new ventures, investments, and significant travels.
However, Rahu Kaal will take place from 4:21 PM to 5:44 PM, a time considered inauspicious for initiating new or auspicious tasks. This period is derived from dividing daylight into eight equal segments, each lasting around 90 minutes. While new endeavors should be avoided, ongoing tasks may continue.
Yamgand Kaal, associated with the deity of death, Yama, will span from 12:10 PM to 1:34 PM. This timeframe is believed to pose challenges related to health and longevity, making it unfavorable for starting new projects or journeys.
Gulik Kaal, termed a “poisonous time,” will occur from 2:57 PM to 4:21 PM. Activities initiated during this period may yield negative outcomes. However, ongoing tasks can proceed, and routine activities such as banking or charity are considered acceptable.
On this day, the sun will be in Libra, which is considered a debilitation for the sun. Libra, governed by Venus and associated with the air element, contrasts with the sun’s fiery nature, potentially diminishing self-confidence and decision-making abilities.
The moon will be in Cancer, its own sign, enhancing creativity and imagination. When the moon is in its domicile, its effects are notably strong.
Travel is advised against in the west and southwest directions due to the directional shool, which is deemed inauspicious for journeys on this particular day.
