Neighbors Feud Leads to Shocking Conspiracy as Man Fakes Shooting to Frame Accuser
A man in Greater Noida orchestrated a fake shooting to frame his neighbor, leading to three arrests as police uncover the plot.

Greater Noida, November 2 (Daily Kiran) : In a startling incident in Greater Noida, police have uncovered a conspiracy involving a man who staged his own shooting to falsely implicate a neighbor in a serious criminal case. The plot was devised by Harendra Nagar, who sought revenge following a verbal altercation with his neighbor, Vikas Sain.
Nagar, along with five accomplices, meticulously planned the scheme. The objective was to use their previous dispute as a basis to frame Sain for a heinous crime, ultimately aiming to have him imprisoned. To execute this plan, Nagar summoned his relatives, Atul Bhati and Kalua (also known as Prateek), to his home, where he intentionally shot himself in front of a CCTV camera.
After staging the incident, Nagar filed a complaint against Sain at the Dadri police station. However, as the police began their investigation, inconsistencies in the story surfaced. Authorities discovered significant evidence linking the accused to the conspiracy, including CCTV footage and other crucial materials.
On November 2, 2026, officers from the Dadri police arrested three wanted suspects at the Bisahda underpass. Those apprehended were identified as Prateek (26), a resident of Kudi Khera; Atul Bhati (29) from Sakipur; and Abhishek Nagar (25) from Nyadar Ganj. Notably, Prateek is Nagar’s nephew, Bhati is his brother-in-law, and Abhishek is his son, all implicated in the scheme.
Atul Bhati has a troubling criminal history, with multiple cases registered against him in Dadri, Surajpur, and Beta-2 police stations. His past offenses include assault and robbery. Meanwhile, Prateek and Abhishek do not have any prior criminal records, aside from the current charges.
Police also recovered an illegal firearm, two cartridges, a Splendor motorcycle, and a DVR used during the incident. These findings are considered vital evidence in the ongoing investigation. Additionally, it was revealed that Harendra Nagar’s brother, Satendra, had been convicted in a 2007 case. The police continue to explore other aspects of this elaborate conspiracy.
