The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has extended the deadline for Round 1 choice filling and locking for NEET UG 2025 to 11 August 2025, 11:59 PM. The decision was taken following repeated technical issues faced by candidates on the MCC portal and multiple requests to extend the timeline.

Earlier, the deadline was first extended from 4 August to 7 August, and later to 9 August. This marks the third extension in the schedule.
Seat Allotment Result Date Likely to Change
Initially, the Round 1 seat allotment result was scheduled to be announced on 11 August. However, with the latest extension, the result date is likely to be revised. MCC will soon announce the new date on its official website mcc.nic.in.
