Neeraj Kumar Responds to Tejashwi Yadavs Allegations Against Nitish Kumar

Patna, March 6: Neeraj Kumar, a leader of the Janata Dal (United), has dismissed allegations made by RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav regarding Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s decision to join the Rajya Sabha. Kumar stated that no one can exert pressure on their Chief Minister. He emphasized that no one has the courage to influence Nitish Kumar’s decisions, which he has made independently for years.

On Thursday, Nitish Kumar announced via a social media post his intention to join the Rajya Sabha and submitted his nomination papers in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

Following this announcement, Tejashwi Yadav accused the BJP of hijacking the Chief Minister, claiming that Kumar was compelled to leave Bihar for Delhi.

In response, Neeraj Kumar advised Tejashwi Yadav to focus on his father, who is politically sidelined and facing corruption charges, rather than worrying about Nitish Kumar. He asserted that Kumar makes decisions freely, without any external pressure.

Neeraj Kumar also highlighted concerns among women in the state regarding the future of initiatives like liquor prohibition and safety measures that were implemented during Nitish Kumar’s tenure. He questioned the fate of Kumar’s vision for creating industrial hubs in every district.

He noted that the public has many questions, and it is crucial for the NDA coalition partners to step up to restore the trust that seems to have weakened among the people.

Kumar concluded by stating that the public is concerned about who will carry on Nitish Kumar’s legacy after him. While it is the public’s responsibility to address this question, he emphasized that the NDA coalition partners also share the responsibility of finding a solution.
