MP Dr. Rawat Inspects Rana Pratap Nagar Railway Station, Orders Statue Installation

Udaipur (Daily Kiran). On Sunday evening, MP Dr. Mannalal Rawat inspected the Rana Pratap Nagar Railway Station and gave important instructions to officials regarding passenger convenience and station beautification.

Upon arrival, a large number of BJP leaders and workers were present to welcome Dr. Rawat. He gathered information from railway officials about the ongoing development works at the station. During the visit, he emphasized that future construction should clearly reflect the rich heritage of Mewar.

Dr. Rawat suggested that a grand statue of Maharana Pratap should be installed at the railway station named after him. This would allow tourists to immediately experience the valor and pride of Mewar upon arrival. He also directed the installation of a vintage railway engine in the station premises as a tourist attraction to introduce the younger generation to the history of railways.

During the inspection, the MP noticed significant litter near the railway tracks on the route from Chittorgarh to Udaipur. He instructed railway officials to coordinate with the Municipal Corporation to ensure immediate cleanliness. Additionally, he stressed the need to strengthen the night lighting system at the station for enhanced passenger safety and convenience.

Present on the occasion were BJP city district president Gajpalsingh Rathore, district secretary Devilal Salvi, former president of the Municipal Corporation Garage Committee Manohar Chaudhary, Arvind Jaroli, Karnmal Jaroli, Veniram Salvi, Rana Pratap Mandal president Kanhaiyalal Vaishnav, youth front president Surendra Singh Panwar, former mandal president Jitendra Maru, along with a large number of BJP officials and workers.
