Bhopal, April 18: Good news for young individuals aspiring to join the Madhya Pradesh Police Department. The MP Police Band Branch has announced vacancies for a total of 679 constable positions.
The online application process began on April 5 and will close on April 19. Eligible candidates interested in applying are advised to visit the official website and submit their registration forms within the stipulated time frame. For those who make mistakes while filling out the form, a correction window will remain open until April 24.
The 679 constable positions include 458 for the general category, 92 for Home Guards, and 59 for ex-servicemen. Candidates from the general/SC/OBC categories must have completed their 12th grade from a recognized institution or board, while ST candidates are required to have passed the 8th grade.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a skill test, band/performance test, medical examination, interview, and document verification. The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹19,500 to ₹62,000, along with additional benefits and allowances.
When applying, candidates must pay the designated application fee online, which is set at ₹500 for the unreserved category and ₹250 for SC/ST/OBC/International Tribes (only for residents of Madhya Pradesh).
To apply online, candidates should first visit the official MP Police website. After reaching the homepage, they need to click on the application link for the relevant position. Following that, they should register and log in. All required information must be filled in the form, and documents should be uploaded in the correct size. After paying the registration fee, candidates can submit the form and print a copy for future reference.
