
New Delhi, October 8 (Daily Kiran) : Leaders across India, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, extended their greetings on the occasion of Indian Air Force Day, celebrated on October 8. The Indian Air Force was established on this date in 1932, marking its 94th anniversary this year.
Prime Minister Modi expressed his pride in the nation’s air warriors through a post on X, stating, “We take pride in our air warriors. On Air Force Day, we salute their courage and dedication in defending our skies.”
Home Minister Amit Shah also took to social media, writing, “On this splendid occasion of Indian Air Force Day, we pay tribute to our sky warriors. Their unmatched bravery, precision, and formidable attack capabilities are evident in both land and space.”
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari shared his wishes on X, saying, “Heartfelt greetings on Indian Air Force Day to the brave soldiers who are ever ready to protect Mother India.”
Another Union Minister, Manohar Lal, congratulated the air force personnel and their families, highlighting their courage and resolve in challenging situations. He emphasized the pride the nation feels for these valiant warriors.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath praised the air force as a symbol of valor, strength, and determination, extending his best wishes to the air warriors and their families on this significant day.
