Ranchi, October 7 (Daily Kiran) : Ranchi, October 7 — The death of Rupi Soren, mother of Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and wife of the late tribal leader Shibu Soren, has prompted an outpouring of grief from various political leaders in the state.
Governor Santosh Gangwar expressed profound sorrow over her passing, extending his condolences to Chief Minister Soren and his family. He offered prayers for strength for the grieving family during this difficult time.
BJP state president Babulal Marandi also conveyed his sadness upon hearing the news. He expressed his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for peace for Rupi Soren’s soul and strength for her loved ones.
Minister Irfan Ansari referred to Rupi Soren’s death as a significant loss for Jharkhand. While currently hospitalized, he remains in contact with the Soren family and has been praying for the peace of the departed soul and strength for the family to endure their sorrow.
Minister Yogendra Prasad remarked that the family has lost a maternal figure filled with love and compassion. He noted that her absence is a great loss not only for her family but for all who experienced her warmth and affection.
