Srinagar, April 20: A significant opportunity has emerged for young individuals eager to kickstart their careers in the banking sector. Jammu and Kashmir Bank has announced the recruitment of 614 apprenticeship positions across various districts and regions through an official notification.

The online application process commenced on Monday, April 20, and the deadline for submissions is set for April 26. Eligible candidates wishing to apply can submit their registration forms on the official website before or by the specified deadline.

Applicants must possess a graduation degree from a recognized university or institution, obtained on or after January 1, 2022. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the local or official language and meet other specified eligibility criteria.

The minimum age for applicants is set at 20 years, while the maximum age is capped at 28 years, calculated as of January 1. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.

Selection of qualified candidates will be based on an online written examination, document verification, and other stages. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹13,500, along with transportation allowances of up to ₹1,250 per month.
