Irans Speaker Places War Responsibility Squarely on the U.S.
Irans Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf asserts the U.S. must take responsibility for preventing war, emphasizing Irans readiness for conflict.

Tehran, November 3 (Daily Kiran) : Iran’s Parliament Speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, has firmly stated that the responsibility for preventing war now lies with the United States. Speaking during an open session of the Consultative Assembly on Tuesday, he made it clear that Iran will not yield to American threats.
According to the semi-official news agency Tasnim, Ghalibaf emphasized that regional nations should understand that Iran has provided a strong and rational response to the U.S. He declared, “The ball is now in America’s court” regarding the cessation of hostilities.
He warned that Iran is prepared for conflict, keeping its “finger on the trigger.” Any strategic misstep from Washington could force U.S. troops into a new battlefield, he cautioned.
As reported by the official IRNA news agency, Ghalibaf noted that Iran’s steadfastness and refusal to back down have pushed both Israeli and U.S. administrations into a state of despair. He asserted that Iran has emerged victorious in this struggle, while its adversaries have faced defeat.
He stated, “After facing continuous losses, they sometimes attempt to force the Iranian nation to capitulate through threats and military might. However, this assessment is incorrect, as Iran will never surrender.”
Ghalibaf further indicated that the era of unreasonable demands has ended. He expressed that Iran is ready to respond to its adversaries beyond geographical boundaries. “The enemy should not fall victim to any misunderstandings,” he warned. “Iran’s armed forces will act unpredictably, without any geographic limitations, and will put an end to these miscalculations.”
He concluded by stating that Iran maintains its defense preparations at the highest level. If Washington commits another strategic error, it should be aware that it will face a completely new battlefield.
