Guwahati, April 28: The National Institute of Technology (NIT) has announced openings for internships. Interested candidates have only a few days left to apply, with the deadline set for Thursday, April 30.
This is a fantastic opportunity for young individuals looking to kickstart their professional careers at NIT Silchar in Assam. The institute has released an official notification for a total of 36 internship positions.
The online application process began on April 1. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and wish to apply are advised to visit the official website and submit their registration forms before the deadline.
Students pursuing a BE/BTech/MTech degree from a recognized institution or university are eligible to apply for the internships at NIT Silchar. Additionally, candidates must meet other specified eligibility requirements.
The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 35 years, calculated as of April 30. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per government norms.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on merit, followed by shortlisting and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹10,000.
