New Delhi, September 12 (Daily Kiran) : At the BRICS Summit held in New Delhi, experts from around the world emphasized India’s rapid ascent as a global center for artificial intelligence (AI) and digital innovation. They highlighted the vast potential for technological partnerships among nations. Notably, India’s digital payment model has become a benchmark for the world.

He noted that this summit marks a strong start for enhancing cooperation between India and Egypt in the field of AI.

Gamal further stated that India is swiftly becoming a global AI hub, with extensive possibilities for technical partnerships between the two nations. He believes that dialogues among BRICS countries will lay a solid foundation for future joint projects and knowledge sharing.

He also discussed the transformative impact of AI on employment and work culture in the coming years. The BRICS Summit serves as an effective platform for bringing together emerging economies, providing leaders with opportunities for dialogue that can lead to new directions in innovation, technological development, and economic cooperation. Gamal emphasized the importance of learning from each other’s experiences and strengthening technical collaboration among BRICS nations to ensure that the benefits of innovation reach the entire community.

This framework aims to enhance trade and financial connectivity among member states.

Dr. Pawan Josh, head of BRICS Pay India, highlighted the historical and trust-based relationship between India and Russia, noting the expanding scope of collaboration between the two nations. He described the defense relationship as particularly special and historical, akin to the trust shared between brothers. He emphasized that Russia can play a crucial role in achieving India’s goals of “Make in India” and “Self-Reliant India.”

Dr. Josh pointed out that India has adapted foreign technologies to meet local needs, with the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) serving as a prime example. He underscored that India’s digital payment model has become a global exemplar.

Commending Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, Dr. Josh noted the alignment between Modi’s vision of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” (the world is one family) and the core objectives of BRICS. He stated, “This platform, representing the Global South, operates on the principles of cooperation, partnership, and shared development. The agreements and discussions advanced during the summit aim for member countries to progress together.”
