Market experts noted that the Federal Reserve’s expected 25 basis point interest rate hike, coupled with a stronger dollar and recent declines in the equity market, is influencing the bullion market. Looking ahead, the response of the U.S. markets to the Fed’s decisions and rising bond prices will remain critical factors for gold.
