
Jaipur, 9 December (Daily Kiran) – The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) team in Pali-First arrested Kanta Sharma, a female Village Development Officer of Panchayat Musalia, Marwar Junction, Pali district, while accepting a bribe of Rs 1,500.
According to ACB Police Director General Govind Gupta, the Pali-First team received a complaint that Kanta Sharma was demanding Rs 3,000 as a bribe to enter parents’ Aadhaar numbers on the birth certificates of a complainant’s son and daughter. Acting on this, the ACB Pali-First team, led by Additional Superintendent of Police Dharmendra Dukiya, trapped and caught Kanta Sharma red-handed taking Rs 1,500 as bribe.
