New Delhi, August 20: A fantastic opportunity has emerged for those aspiring to work at NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited. NGEL has officially announced the recruitment of qualified candidates for various positions, including engineers, with a total of 147 vacancies.
Among the 147 positions available, there are 43 for Engineer (I-Civil), 69 for Engineer (I-Electrical), 9 for Engineer (I-Mechanical), 4 for Executive (I-Human Resources), 9 for Executive (I-Finance), 7 for Engineer (I-Safety), 5 for Executive (I-CSR), and 1 for Executive (I-Language).
The online application process commenced on August 18 at 10 AM and will remain open until September 7. Interested candidates can complete their registration on NGEL’s official website before 6 PM on the deadline.
Applicants must possess a full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) degree with at least 65% marks from a recognized institution for the engineering positions. For executive roles, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of full-time postgraduate degree/postgraduate diploma/postgraduate program, along with relevant engineering qualifications. Additionally, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the relevant field as per the position.
The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 35 years, calculated as of the application deadline. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on application shortlisting/screening (considering qualifications, percentage of marks, years of experience, etc.), a computer-based test (CBT), group discussions, and interviews. Selected candidates will receive a CTC of ₹11,00,000 per annum, along with additional benefits and allowances.
While filling out the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is set at ₹500 for General/EWS/OBC categories. SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen and female candidates are exempt from the registration fee.
It is important to note that this recruitment by NGEL will be on a fixed-term basis for a duration of 3 years, which may be extended by up to 2 additional years based on the organization’s needs.
