New Delhi, 2 January: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids at 10 locations associated with Inderjit Singh Yadav in Delhi and Haryana between 30 December 2025 and 1 January 2026. These actions were carried out under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
The raids targeted properties linked to Inderjit Singh Yadav, his associates, and other related entities and individuals involved in illegal extortion, forced loan settlements with private financial institutions, intimidation through the use of weapons, and earning commissions from such unlawful activities.
The ED’s investigation is based on over 15 First Information Reports (FIRs) and charge sheets filed by Haryana and Uttar Pradesh Police. These FIRs allege that Yadav was involved in murder, fraud, cheating, and violent crimes. He is currently absconding and is believed to be operating his network from the UAE.
The FIRs further allege that Inderjit Singh Yadav, owner and key controller of M/s Jam Records Entertainment Private Limited, which operates under the name ‘James Tunes’, is a notorious strongman engaged in criminal activities including murder, extortion, forced loan settlements, fraud, forgery, illegal land grabbing, and violent offences.
Statements confirm that Yadav is wanted in multiple cases registered by Haryana Police.
During the search operations, ED seized cash amounting to ₹6.24 crore, jewellery worth approximately ₹17.4 crore, several cheque books, and documents related to immovable properties valued at ₹35 crore. Additionally, five luxury cars, a bank locker, ₹17 lakh cash, and digital devices were confiscated.
The investigation revealed that Inderjit Singh Yadav and his family members had purchased several movable and immovable assets using proceeds from criminal activities. ED also arrested his close associate, Aman Kumar, who was allegedly trying to launder the proceeds of crime.
The probe is ongoing, and further action against other accused linked to the case is expected.
