Pithoragarh, April 10: In a surprise visit, District Magistrate Ashish Kumar Bhagat conducted an inspection at PM Saraswati Dev Singh Government Inter College in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand. During the visit, he thoroughly reviewed the school’s academic and physical facilities.
The District Magistrate engaged directly with students in various classrooms to gather insights about their studies, understanding of subjects, teaching methods, and available resources. He encouraged the students to focus on their studies and remain aware of their goals. Additionally, he instructed teachers to ensure the delivery of quality education.
During the inspection, the District Magistrate also evaluated the PM Poshan (Mid-Day Meal) scheme. He inspected the school kitchen, assessing the food preparation process, cleanliness, and quality of ingredients. Notably, he sat among the children to share their mid-day meal.
