Beijing, August 6: This year marks the 105th anniversary of the establishment of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC). To govern a country, it is essential to first govern the party. As the party progresses, so does the strength of the nation.
Under the leadership of Xi Jinping and the CPC Central Committee, significant advancements have been made in building the party for a new era. A ceremony was held in the Great Hall of the People in the capital, Beijing, on July 1 to commemorate this milestone.
General Secretary Xi Jinping presented the “July 1 Medal” to recipients, along with awards for outstanding party members, dedicated party workers, and exemplary party organizations. Generations of party members have remained connected to the people, placing their trust in them and serving their needs. They have demonstrated loyalty and dedication through hard work.
After 105 years of continuous effort, the CPC now boasts over 100 million members and more than 5.4 million grassroots party organizations. The CPC has become the largest ruling party in the world and serves as the most reliable backbone for the Chinese people and the Chinese nation.
