Congresss Weakness and Loss of Public Trust, Says Mohan Lal Badoli

Mohan Lal Badoli criticizes Congress for its weakened state and loss of public trust while discussing Punjab elections and crime in Haryana.

Jind, September 19 (Daily Kiran) : Mohan Lal Badoli, former president of the Haryana BJP, responded sharply to Congress MP Rahul Gandhi‘s recent accusations against the BJP and the Election Commission. He asserted that when a political party becomes weak, it often resorts to blaming others for its predicament.

Badoli pointed out that the Congress party has lost its direction and lacks both clear policies and effective leadership. He emphasized that a party with a weakened national leadership and diminished public trust faces increasing political challenges. According to him, the current political situation for Congress reflects these issues, with its future hinging on its leadership and public confidence.

Looking ahead to the Punjab Assembly elections in 2027, Badoli predicted that the BJP could secure a clear majority in the state. He expressed confidence that the people of Punjab would support the BJP, trusting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s policies. He noted that there is a desire for change among the electorate, which will become evident as the elections approach.

Addressing crime in Haryana, Badoli stated that there is no room for criminals in the state. He claimed that law enforcement is actively arresting those involved in criminal activities, with some cases resulting in police encounters.

On the issue of keeping youth away from drugs, Badoli highlighted initiatives like the Namaste Cricket League. He explained that these sports activities aim to engage young people and steer them away from drugs and criminal behavior. He also called for action against those who lure youth into substance abuse.

Commenting on RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat’s remarks about religion, Badoli argued that the significance of religion should extend beyond personal life. He suggested that religion can play a role in politics and individual lives. He stressed the need for a broader understanding of religion, which should not be confined to a narrow interpretation but should also encompass its social and moral dimensions.
