Gorakhpur, May 5: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met with citizens during a public audience at Gorakhnath Temple on Tuesday morning. He assured attendees that the government would effectively address every issue raised. During this interaction, he instructed officials to respond promptly and ensure transparent resolutions to public grievances.
In the morning session, CM Yogi engaged with around 200 individuals. He personally approached those seated in front of Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan, listened to their concerns, and collected their petitions. He directed nearby officials to take necessary steps for resolving these issues. He emphasized that all complaints should be addressed in a timely and fair manner.
Regarding complaints about land encroachments, the Chief Minister urged administrative and police officials to take strict legal action against anyone unlawfully occupying land. As in previous sessions, some attendees sought financial assistance for medical treatment. CM Yogi reassured them that no one would be denied treatment due to lack of funds. He instructed officials to quickly prepare estimates for high-level medical care for those in need, assuring immediate government funding upon receipt.
During the public audience, some women brought their children along. The Chief Minister warmly interacted with the children, offering them chocolates and blessings.
While at Gorakhnath Temple, CM Yogi maintained his traditional routine. He began his day with worship at the temple, paying respects at the samadhi of his late guru, Mahant Avedyanath. His commitment to cow service remains a significant part of his visits. On Tuesday morning, he toured the temple premises, spending time at the cow shelter, where he affectionately petted the cows and fed them jaggery.
