CISF nabs passenger with forged travel document

New Delhi, March 24 : The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has nabbed a passenger with forged travel documents at IGI Airport in Delhi, a senior official said here on Thursday. On the basis of behaviour detection, the CISF personnel noticed suspicious activities of a passenger, identified as Sushil Kumar, standing at ‘F’ row in the check-in area of Terminal-3, IGI Airport, New Delhi, said CISF. The passenger was kept under physical and electronic surveillance. Thereafter, he was intercepted and his travelling documents were thoroughly checked, following which the Visa affixed on his passport appeared to be forged. On suspicion, the matter was informed to the Liaison Officer of German Embassy, who later confirmed that the Visa affixed on the passport was counterfeit. Later, the passenger was offloaded and handed over to the IGI Airport Police Station by CISF for further legal action in the matter, it added. CM RJ
