Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released advertisements for two more recruitments. Applications will start from 2 September for a total of 251 posts, including 218 posts of Head of Department (HOD) in various subjects in Government Polytechnic Institutes and 33 posts under Bihar Sports Service Cadre.

Eligibility: First class Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with PhD in the relevant branch, or Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the relevant branch. Degrees/diplomas from distance education or open universities are not valid for engineering/technology subjects. For humanities and sciences, degrees from UGC and AICTE-recognised institutions through distance education are valid.
Age Limit: Minimum age 33 years, no upper age limit. Retirement age is 65 years.
Selection: No written examination. Merit will be prepared based on degree marks, academic background, and interview.
