BJPs Training Initiative Aims to Cultivate 100,000 Skilled Workers

New Delhi, March 30: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta participated for two hours in a training camp for Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers, held in her home district of Shalimar Bagh under the ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Mega Training Campaign 2026’. She encouraged party workers to fully benefit from this organizational initiative, as reported by a Delhi BJP leader on Sunday.

The Delhi BJP organized residential training camps across 68 districts over the weekend, training approximately 7,200 district-level workers. The Chief Minister noted that training has been completed in 171 out of 256 districts in Delhi so far.

The seven-session residential training camps featured speeches from BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva, and other senior speakers. Addressing the Vinod Nagar district, Sachdeva emphasized that BJP-trained workers stand apart from those of other parties due to their upbringing in the ideologies of cultural nationalism and holistic humanism.

He further stated that they operate with a sense of ‘we’ rather than ‘I’, serving both the nation and the organization while remaining free from ego. Through this extensive training campaign, the BJP aims to prepare over 100,000 trained workers.

BJP workers are being trained in ideological foundations, the party’s history and development, organizational methodologies, expansion strategies, booth management, achievements of central and state governments, and the use of social media and AI.

Union Minister Harsh Malhotra addressed the Madanpur Khadar West district; BJP MP Ramveer Singh Bidhuri spoke to the Kalkaji district; MP Yogendra Chandolia addressed the Swaroop Nagar, Nangloi, and Dev Nagar districts; MP Kamaljeet Sahrawat spoke to the Roshanpura and Dichauklana districts; State General Secretary Vishnu Mittal addressed Paharganj; MP Praveen Khandelwal spoke to the Ballimaran, Kohat, and Kudesia Nagar wards; and Minister Ashish Sood addressed sessions in Janakpuri.

Senior state officials also led sessions on various training topics: Treasurer Satish Garg addressed Nangla Thakran, Kishanganj, and Ballimaran; Sumit Bhasin spoke in Dev Nagar; Praveen Shankar Kapoor addressed Dev Nagar, Sadh Nagar, Paharganj, Ranjit Nagar, and East Patel Nagar; and Minister Sona Kumari addressed the Dev Nagar district.
