Madrid, September 17 (Daily Kiran) : FC Barcelona continued its impressive run in La Liga, defeating Racing Santander 7-2 at Camp Nou on September 17, 2026. With this victory, Barcelona remains at the top of the league with a perfect record of six wins from six matches.
The newly promoted Racing Santander made eight changes to its lineup after their previous weekend’s win against Alavés. However, Barcelona quickly established dominance with a stunning goal from João Cancelo and a penalty by Raphinha, leading 2-0 early in the match.
Racing’s Magüet Guye scored with an assist from Asier Villalibre, but Cancelo struck again in the 36th minute, capitalizing on a deflection from Villalibre to net his second goal.
