Bank of Baroda Announces 1,100 HR Job Openings for Young Candidates

New Delhi, September 13 (Daily Kiran) : The Bank of Baroda (BoB) has opened an exciting opportunity for job seekers in the banking sector. The bank has officially announced the recruitment of 1,100 candidates for various Human Resource (HR) positions across its departments. This announcement comes as part of the bank’s commitment to strengthening its workforce.

Among the 1,100 vacancies, there are 1,000 positions for Wealth Executives (JMG/S-I) in Wealth Management Services and 100 positions for Credit Analysts (MMG/S-II) in Corporate and Institutional Credit.

The online application process began on September 4 and will remain open until September 24. Interested candidates are encouraged to complete their registration on the Bank of Baroda’s official website before the deadline.

To qualify for the Wealth Executive position, applicants must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized institution, along with the IC 38 certification from the Indian Insurance Institute. For the Credit Analyst role, candidates are required to be Chartered Accountants with a graduation degree in any field. Additionally, relevant work experience of 1 to 2 years is mandatory for both positions.

The age criteria for applicants range from 21 to 22 years for minimum age and 32 to 33 years for maximum age, calculated as of September 1, 2026. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.

Selection will be based on several stages, including application screening, an online test, a psychometric test, group discussions, interviews, and document verification. The monthly salary for Wealth Executives will range from ₹48,480 to ₹85,920, while Credit Analysts can expect between ₹64,820 and ₹93,960, along with additional benefits and allowances.

When filling out the application, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is set at ₹750 for general/EWS/OBC candidates and ₹175 for SC/ST/PWD/ESM and women applicants.
