Mumbai, April 21: Arjun and Aditya Singh recently achieved remarkable success at the US Open Pickleball Championship held in Naples, Florida, where they secured three gold medals. With the support of the Maharashtra Pickleball Association and the Indian Pickleball Association, the Singh brothers have established themselves on the global pickleball stage, showcasing India’s top talent in the sport.
As the newly crowned US Open champions, the brothers are set to compete in the Maharashtra Open 2026, organized under the auspices of the Maharashtra Pickleball Association and IPA.
Aditya, the 2026 US Open Pickleball Championship winner, stated, “Arjun and I have been training rigorously, and the results have been outstanding. We are immensely grateful for the trust that Rahul Kanal Sir and the Maharashtra Pickleball Association have shown in us. Winning three gold medals for India at the US Open would not have been possible without their support. We are eager to bring more results for India in the future.”
He added, “I would like to especially mention Rahul Kanal Sir, who ensured we had everything needed for an athlete to succeed at the highest level.”
India’s overall medal tally at the US Open Pickleball Championship reached eight, including four gold, two silver, and two bronze medals across various categories.
The Singh brothers clinched two consecutive gold medals in the Men’s Doubles 5.0 category and the Under-18 Boys’ Doubles category, defeating top-seeded and favored players in both events. Arjun Singh also contributed to India’s medal count by winning the gold medal in the Men’s Singles 5.0 event.
Both brothers expressed their hope to maintain their form leading up to the Maharashtra Open.
