Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to Campaign in Tamil Nadu for NDA

Chennai, April 19: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) National President N. Chandrababu Naidu will participate in election campaigning for the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Tamil Nadu. The party made this announcement on Sunday.

Naidu will embark on a two-day campaign tour across Tamil Nadu starting Monday, April 20. He will visit Coimbatore, Hosur, Chennai, Madurai, and Sattur.

The TDP stated that the purpose of this tour is to energize party workers, strengthen voter engagement, and reinforce the NDA’s development-oriented vision.

The Chief Minister will kick off his tour in Coimbatore, where he will address a public meeting. Following that, he will head to Hosur and participate in another public gathering in Thalli later in the day.

In the evening, the TDP leader will arrive in Chennai to take part in a large roadshow in Avadi, where he will interact directly with citizens and NDA supporters.

On the second day, Naidu will travel to Madurai and then to Sattur, where he will engage with community leaders and participate in a significant electoral event in the afternoon. The tour will conclude with his return journey in the evening.

The party emphasized that Naidu’s campaign is crucial at a time when the NDA is increasing its presence in Tamil Nadu, focusing on governance, economic development, and inclusive growth. Known for his emphasis on technology-driven governance and infrastructure expansion, Naidu is expected to clarify the alliance’s vision for Tamil Nadu’s future in the context of India’s broader development trajectory.

Campaigning for the assembly elections, which are being held in phases in Tamil Nadu, will conclude on April 21. Voting for all 234 constituencies is scheduled for April 23, with the counting of votes set for May 4.
