All India Saints Committee Welcomes High Court Ruling: Swami Jitendranand Saraswati

New Delhi, May 15: The All India Saints Committee has expressed its approval of the recent High Court ruling regarding the Bhojshala case, as stated by the committee’s National General Secretary, Swami Jitendranand Saraswati. He emphasized that the committee believes many renowned temples were demolished to construct mosques. Swami Saraswati noted that prayers have been forcibly conducted within the premises of Maa Saraswati to demean the Hindu community repeatedly.

He further mentioned that the High Court has rejected the decision made by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) regarding prayers at the site. The All India Saints Committee welcomes this ruling.

Swami Saraswati urged Muslim scholars and their religious organizations to refrain from claiming sites in Mathura and Kashi. He warned that there is ample evidence regarding these locations, just as there is for the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi and the Bhojshala, all of which have been validated by the courts. He insisted that they must also relinquish claims to the Krishna Janmabhoomi and Kashi Gyanvapi.

Dinesh Sharma Falhari from Mathura praised the Madhya Pradesh High Court’s decision on the Bhojshala dispute, calling it a historic ruling for Hindus. He stated that the court has recognized Bhojshala as a temple.

Falhari pointed out that Mughal rulers had illegally occupied numerous temples through force and destroyed religious sites. He expressed renewed hope from the court’s decision, stating that all Sanatan Hindus are pleased. He added that this ruling will strengthen arguments related to the Krishna Janmabhoomi and Kashi cases.

Mahant Sitaram Das from Saket Bhawan Temple in Ayodhya also commended the High Court’s decision. He described the ruling as commendable and expressed gratitude towards the court. He remarked that those who walk the path of righteousness will be protected by their faith. The court’s decision has brought joy, marking a proud day for the entire Hindu community.
