According to Akasa Air, flights to and from Abu Dhabi, Ahmedabad, and Chennai will continue to operate as scheduled on March 28, 2026. Flights to and from Jeddah, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kochi, and Kozhikode will also remain unaffected. However, all flights to and from Doha and Kuwait will be suspended until March 31, 2026. The airline clarified that it is continuously monitoring the situation in real-time and will make further decisions based on security assessments.
Akasa Air has provided special relief for passengers who booked flights to Doha and Kuwait. The airline has extended its cancellation/rescheduling fee waiver policy until March 31, 2026. Passengers can opt for a full refund, which will be returned to the original payment source within seven days. Additionally, they can reschedule their travel for a later date without any extra charges. If bookings were made through a travel agent or partner, passengers are advised to contact them directly.
