This remarkable feat places him as the joint third-fastest player to reach fifty in IPL history. Leading the list is Yashasvi Jaiswal, who scored a fifty in just 13 balls against Kolkata Knight Riders in 2023.
Suryavanshi shares the third spot with several players, including KL Rahul, Pat Cummins, and Romario Shepherd, who accomplished this in 14 balls. Notably, before Suryavanshi, cricketers like Yusuf Pathan, Sunil Narine, Nicholas Pooran, and Jake Fraser-McGurk had also scored fifties in 15 balls. Fraser-McGurk has achieved this feat twice.
