The Ujjwala scheme has provided cooking gas connections to millions of women, positively changing their lives and relieving them from smoke-related issues.

He added that previously, farmers, the poor, women, and youth were often limited to electoral slogans, but in the last 12 years, substantial and effective actions have been taken for their welfare. Programs like the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi and crop insurance schemes have significantly transformed farmers’ lives. The government has also made extensive efforts in rural development, infrastructure, health, education, and employment. Important steps have been taken to strengthen national security, with India making remarkable progress towards self-reliance in the defense sector, successfully manufacturing various defense equipment, including modern fighter jets.

In the context of Uttar Pradesh, he mentioned that two defense corridors are being developed in the state, playing a crucial role in boosting defense production and investment. The BrahMos missile is being manufactured in Lucknow, a point of pride for both the state and the nation. He also referenced the Jal Jeevan Mission, noting that areas like Bulandshahr, which once faced drinking water crises, are now benefiting from the ‘Har Ghar Nal Jal’ scheme. The central government‘s initiatives have significantly contributed to improving the living standards of people in both rural and urban areas.
