Union Minister Scindia Addresses 782 Public Grievances in Shivpuri

Shivpuri, April 27: Union Minister for Communications and Development of the Northeast Region, Jyotiraditya Scindia, visited Shivpuri, where he addressed various developmental issues. During a public hearing, he listened to the concerns of 782 individuals and resolved many issues on the spot.

Scindia’s three-day visit concluded with a focus on public service, youth empowerment, and educational development. He engaged in several programs throughout the day, addressing the common people’s grievances while also interacting with meritorious students and technical institute attendees to shape future directions. During this visit, he announced developmental projects worth approximately ₹200 crores.

At the public hearing held in the Kota area of Shivpuri, Scindia reviewed around 782 applications. Many cases were resolved immediately, while instructions were given for the swift resolution of pending issues. He mentioned that each application is registered under a token system and linked to online tracking, ensuring transparent and timely reviews of all cases. Special attention was given to matters related to Ayushman cards, BPL cards, certificates, the Ladli Behna scheme, PM housing scheme registrations, and various inquiries.

Scindia also interacted with students who excelled in classes 10 and 12, as well as in UPSC exams, honoring their achievements. He held discussions with about 200 students at the University Institute of Technology in Shivpuri, listening to their suggestions.

He stated that the institution would be developed into a “top-notch” college based on student feedback. Furthermore, he indicated that the establishment of a ₹2500 crore defense unit in the future would create new opportunities for civil and mechanical engineering students, allowing them to gain experience in the industrial sector.
